Lazzara UHV 160

Construction is underway on the first Lazzara UHV 160, a 48-metre superyacht developed around Lazzara Yachts' Ultra High Volume concept. Designed by H2 Yacht Design, the project aims to deliver the generous interior and exterior spaces typically associated with a 51–58-metre yacht, while remaining below the 500GT threshold.

The yacht combines a broad, masculine exterior profile with continuous bow-to-stern glazing across four decks, maximising natural light and creating a strong visual connection with the sea. A fast-displacement epoxy E-glass composite hull provides the technical foundation, supporting transatlantic performance while allowing the design to maximise usable volume.

Inside, H2 Yacht Design is creating a contemporary interpretation of Art Deco and Neoclassical influences, combining strong architectural detailing with a relaxed residential atmosphere. The design is sophisticated and highly considered, with a balance of natural materials, textured finishes and bespoke details throughout.

A defining feature is the private owner's deck, giving the master suite an entire level dedicated to privacy, light and uninterrupted views. The yacht will accommodate 12 guests across six cabins, with five crew cabins supporting life on board.

Outdoor living is central to the concept. The expansive aft beach club incorporates a built-in Jacuzzi and fold-out balconies, creating an immersive connection with the water. Across the four decks, multiple dining, lounging and entertaining areas provide flexibility for both relaxed cruising and larger gatherings.

Wellness facilities include a dedicated gym and yoga area and massage room, while the generous exterior spaces are designed to make the most of the yacht's substantial volume and connection to the sea.

The Lazzara UHV 160 aims to demonstrate how intelligent architecture and advanced composite construction can deliver the space, comfort and lifestyle of a much larger superyacht within a technically efficient 48-metre platform.
