Interior Design
With over 30 years of experience within the world’s most exclusive yacht projects, our studio creates bespoke interiors defined by refinement, precision and enduring craftsmanship. Rather than following a signature house style, we specialise in transforming each client’s vision into a deeply personal environment, tailored entirely to their lifestyle and the character of the vessel. From initial spatial planning and concept development through to detailed design, material curation and final installation, every element is meticulously considered and executed in collaboration with leading shipyards, artisans and specialist suppliers, ensuring an exceptional standard of luxury, individuality and technical excellence throughout.
Exterior Design
For many clients, the journey begins with the exterior design — the stage where the yacht’s character, presence and identity first take shape. Developing a yacht’s exterior is a highly complex and fluid process, balancing sculptural styling with technical, regulatory and spatial requirements, while ensuring harmony with the interior layout and onboard lifestyle. From initial concept sketches and profile development through to detailed 3D modelling and exterior deck design, we carefully refine every element of the vessel’s architecture, including entertainment areas, beach clubs, pools and exterior furnishings. Working closely with naval architects, shipyards and specialist craftsmen throughout the build process, we create yachts that are visually distinctive, technically resolved and entirely tailored to the owner’s vision.
Refit
Refit design has been at the foundation of our studio since its earliest years, where we built a reputation within the yacht industry for delivering transformative projects under demanding timeframes and across a wide range of styles and technical requirements. Our refit services focus on reimagining existing vessels through thoughtful design, structural enhancement and technical modernisation, creating yachts that feel entirely renewed while respecting the integrity of the original build. From interior reconfiguration and exterior restyling to the integration of new technologies, entertainment spaces and contemporary onboard living, every project is approached with a deep understanding of the complexities of yacht refit. Working closely with naval architects, engineers, shipyards and specialist craftsmen, we carefully balance creativity, feasibility and regulatory compliance to deliver seamless transformations tailored to the owner’s vision and modern standards of luxury at sea.
Owners Supply / Procurement
Our procurement and owner’s supply services provide a seamless end-to-end management process for every element that completes a yacht interior, ensuring each project is delivered with precision, discretion and exceptional attention to detail. From sourcing bespoke furniture, lighting, artworks and custom finishes to coordinating specialist linens, tableware and decorative accessories, we oversee every stage of purchasing, logistics and installation on behalf of the owner. Working with an international network of trusted suppliers, artisans and manufacturers, we manage production schedules, global shipping, quality control and white-glove installation to ensure every piece arrives and is installed flawlessly. We also carefully integrate owner-supplied items and personal collections into the overall design, creating interiors that feel both highly curated and deeply individual.
