H2 Yacht Design is a superyacht design studio with studios in London and Nice. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. To exercise any of the rights below, or for any privacy question, contact us via the contact page or at info@h2yachtdesign.com.
Contact form. When you use our contact form we receive the details you submit — typically your name, email address and message. The form is delivered to our studio inbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the submission solely to forward it to us. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and do not add you to any marketing list.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance. These are cookieless: they do not set tracking cookies, do not follow you across other sites, and give us anonymised, aggregated statistics only.
Embedded video. Some pages include YouTube films. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies until you press play. If you play a video, YouTube (Google) may process data as described in Google’s own privacy policy.
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because our analytics are cookieless and video embeds are click-to-play, browsing the site does not require a cookie consent banner.
Enquiry emails are retained in our studio inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
Under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR / GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in France, the CNIL.
The website is hosted on Vercel; images are served by Sanity’s content delivery network. These providers process technical request data (such as IP addresses) as needed to serve the site securely. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
If we materially change this policy we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
