Serena Lawson Smith

Serena has been an integral part of the studio's evolution, working alongside Jonny Horsfield since the very early stages of his career and H2 Design. Her experience spans the entire design journey—from meeting owners at the outset of a project to selecting and placing the final objects on board.

As Head of FFE and Refit, Serena brings extensive expertise in superyacht interiors, colour schemes, finishes, furniture, sourcing and procurement. Working closely with the wider H2 team, she oversees the sourcing, purchasing and logistics of bespoke pieces, ensuring every detail meets the studio's exacting standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Serena currently leads the custom furniture supply for REV Ocean, one of the world's largest and most advanced yacht projects.

She began her career as a high-end residential designer after graduating from the Inchbald School of Design in London, bringing a strong foundation in residential interiors to her work in the superyacht industry.
