Gianluca Sist

Gianluca’s passion for design began at an early age and evolved through his studies in Architecture and Design in Rome. After beginning his career in yacht design in Italy, he joined H2 Yacht Design in London, quickly establishing himself as an integral part of the studio and contributing to a portfolio of prestigious new-build and refit projects.

As Design Director, Gianluca leads H2 Yacht Design's Mediterranean studio in Nice, which he established in 2025. Located at the heart of the European yachting industry, the studio strengthens H2's presence within the local yachting community, enhancing collaboration and providing closer support to clients and partners across the region. Working seamlessly with the London studio, it delivers the refined and highly personalised approach for which H2 is renowned.

Gianluca manages multidisciplinary teams across every stage of the design process, leading projects from concept through to completion. Specialising in interior design, his notable work includes Feadship Arrow, Turquoise N2H, Sanlorenzo Amouaje and the acclaimed Damen After You.
