On 25th November, the hull and superstructure of Heesen’s full-custom 56-metre Project Neptune (YN 18556), were joined at the Dutch shipyard’s facility in Oss.

Project Neptune sports a steel fast displacement hull and features exterior design from the British design firm H2, who have created a timeless and sleek profile which retains the classic Heesen appearance. For her interior, the owner went British again and appointed Reymond Langton to create a bright and elegant interior with a contemporary design.

Her interior design also includes custom artworks in glass, gypsum, resin and bronze throughout the vessel.

Her accommodation includes an 85-square metre owner's apartment forward on the main deck which comprises a private gym with steam room, office, full-beam bedroom and bathroom. On board, the 56-metre yacht will also house up to eight guests across four ensuite staterooms on the lower deck. A fifth double cabin is located on the bridge deck. A crew of 13 is also accommodated for on board.

In addition, her tenders are also stored under hatches on the foredeck, making them invisible from the profile, with her beach club located on the lower deck.

Powered by twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines, Project Neptune will reach a maximum speed of 15.5 knots with a cruising range at 13 knots of 4,300 nm.
