Middleweight / Senior Interior Designer
H2 Yacht Design are looking for a skilled senior interior designer with creative flair, attention to detail & job running capability to join our London studio. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-end bespoke yacht and high end residential projects from concept through to completion.

We are a close-knit team of 20 multi-disciplinary interior & exterior yacht designers, producing some of the world’s most spectacular yachts and residential properties. Since the studio was first established in 1994, the team has grown, and now boasts a world class reputation as one of the most innovative and technically competent design teams in the yacht world. Each member of the team shares a deep commitment to their work, as well as enthusiasm for each completely unique and bespoke project we work on. Skills Necessary
- A design degree qualification
- 5 years + Experience in Yacht Design, however high end residential may be considered for outstanding candidate.
- Exceptional, proven design skills. Applicants should have a creative flair for design and experience working on high-end projects demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of work, exhibiting their ability to contribute to the design ethos of the studio.
- Strong communication & presentation skills are a must, both in house and with clients, suppliers, shipyards & contractors.
- Strong Autocad experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to read and develop a detailed working drawing package
- Understanding of, and experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion
- Strong FF&E experience, supplier knowledge & a proven track record of the process, including sourcing, specifying, costing, scheduling, and purchasing.
- Job running experience with potential to lead a team
- Ability to manage your own time and meet the required project deadlines
- Solid skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
- Free hand sketching skills beneficial
This is a full-time position at our studio in Putney, London & salary will reflect candidate’s qualities and experience
