Finance & Office Assistant
H2 Design Ltd are looking for a bookkeeper/office assistant to work at our office in Putney. We require a trustworthy, well-organised and flexible individual to join our expanding team.
The Bookkeeper/Office Assistant role will provide a variety of bookkeeping and accounting support to the Business/Office Manager and senior management team, along with general office duties for the entire team. The role requires a flexible approach as additional duties will be required, eg organising couriers/supplies/groceries/events/meetings etc…
Working on Xero/Excel, main responsibilities in this role will be to assist with the following:
- Manage employee expenses
- Maintain bookkeeping files
- Log bank deposits and reconciliations, accounts payable and other client payments
General Duties to include (but not limited to):
- Ordering and maintaining various office supplies
- Organising maintenance of office equipment
- Updating HR system/calendars etc
About the job:
- Full-time (part-time hours may be considered)
- In-office (Office hours 9-6 Mon-Fri)

About you:
- Experience within a similar role or demonstrable equivalent ability/skills
- Working knowledge of Xero software (although on-the-job training can be supplied)
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel)
- Keen attention to detail and excellent discretionary skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Flexible attitude and prepared to tackle a variety of roles
