Al Reem Wins Motor Yacht Over 60 Metres Award

Al Reem Bilgin Yachts' 80m superyacht with interiors by H2 Yacht Design has been named Winner in the Motor Yacht Over 60m category at The Design et Al International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2026. The ceremony, hosted by Design et Al, took place at the historic Scuola Grande della Misericordia in Venice, Italy.

This international recognition marks a significant milestone for Al Reem, the third and final yacht in Bilgin Yachts’ acclaimed Bilgin 263 Series, celebrating the yacht’s outstanding design, advanced engineering and exceptional onboard experience.

Award-Winning Conclusion to the Bilgin 263 Trilogy

As the final and most highly customised yacht in the celebrated trilogy, M/Y Al Reem represents the most advanced evolution of the Bilgin 263 platform to date. Measuring 80 metres in length, the yacht combines increased interior volume, enhanced owner privacy and a stronger connection to the sea while maintaining the sleek, dynamic profile that has become synonymous with the series. The yacht features exterior styling and naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design, with sophisticated interior design by H2 Yacht Design.

Enhanced Volume and Refined Living Spaces

With an impressive 1,758 gross tonnes, Al Reem delivers significantly increased interior volume within the same 80-metre platform, creating more spacious living areas without compromising her athletic exterior lines.

One of the yacht’s most notable innovations is its reconfigured layout, developed with a strong focus on owner comfort and privacy. The relocation of the wheelhouse enabled the creation of a spectacular forward-facing owner’s suite, offering panoramic sea views, direct access to a private outdoor terrace and jacuzzi, and an unparalleled connection to the surrounding seascape.

Additional design enhancements include:

  • Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout the main and upper decks
  • Extended aft deck entertainment and relaxation areas
  • A striking round glass elevator connecting multiple decks
  • Seamless integration between interior and exterior living spaces

Together, these features create an elegant architectural flow while maximising natural light and ocean views.

Internally known as Project Silence, Al Reem was developed around a clear commitment to tranquility and guest wellbeing.

Working alongside specialist acoustic consultants, Bilgin Yachts implemented advanced sound insulation technologies, vibration reduction systems and enhanced filtration solutions designed to minimise mechanical noise throughout the vessel. The result is a superyacht that delivers not only visual sophistication but also an exceptional level of acoustic comfort, creating a serene environment for owners and guests alike.

Timeless Interiors by H2 Yacht Design

The interior design by H2 Yacht Design reflects the owner’s preference for calmness, purity and understated luxury. A refined palette of light, neutral tones runs throughout the yacht. This carefully curated material selection creates an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The design philosophy continues into the lower deck beach club, where wellness-focused spaces encourage relaxation and direct engagement with the sea, reinforcing Al Reem’s lifestyle-oriented approach to luxury yachting.
