Designing The Great Escape

At H2 Yacht Design, we are proud to unveil one of our latest achievements in superyacht interior design – The Great Escape. Delivered earlier this year, this stunning Mangusta Oceano 44 superyacht can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 staterooms, with 9 crew members. Moreover, she has a GT of 467.0 and a 8.7 m beam, reaching a maximum speed of 15.5 knots.

As an award-winning yacht design firm renowned for both new concept designs and refit projects, we bring decades of experience shaping some of the most iconic yachts on the water. Consequently, The Great Escape is a showcase of our philosophy: combining luxury, functionality, and elegance.

A Floating Sanctuary of Luxury.

Working in close collaboration with the Overmarine Group, Gianluca Sist and our team developed interiors that embody elegance and modern comfort. In particular, a harmonious palette inspired by the neutral and sandy tones of the beach runs through the yacht’s cabins and master suite, creating a sense of exclusivity and flow throughout. Furthermore, every detail reflects our commitment to excellence in custom superyacht design.

Designed for Life at Sea.

Beyond her stunning interiors, The Great Escape also offers expansive social areas, including a 104-square-metre sundeck, a central beach club with unfolding terraces, and two infinity pools designed for unforgettable Mediterranean living. Notably, the former is dubbed “The Island” and is accessible via a teak gangway alongside a lounging area surrounded by water. Similarly, our interiors were conceived to match this openness, with light-filled spaces that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.

At H2 Yacht Design, whether creating bespoke new yacht concepts or transforming existing vessels through superyacht refit design, our mission is to deliver interiors that bring owners’ dreams into reality.
