Private Residence

Following a successful collaboration with us on the design of their new yacht, the owners of a private residence in London UK asked H2 to bring some of the magic of their yacht to the interior redesign of their family home.

Starting out as a modest refurbishment of the main living spaces, the project soon escalated into a major reconstruction of the entire house. With a large extension to one side and a new 20m internal swimming pool across the basement level, the house was effectively stripped back to a shell and subjected to a substantial two year rebuild.

The world famous yacht outfitting company Struik & Hamerslag UK were selected for the interior fit out. The finish is of an exceptionally high standard, way exceeding the client’s expections.

Though the process was a long one, H2 worked closely with the client to customise the house to their exacting standards. Fabrics, carpets, loose furniture etc were supplied by H2 to strict time and cost schedules. Needless to say, the client is delighted with the outcome.
